Boston is home to much of America’s early colonial history. From the Freedom Trail to the home of John Adams, there’s a rich history behind each building, home, and monument. Most important is God’s fingerprints on this region. After experiencing a tour of Boston with the Wildmon Group, there will be much more appreciation for America’s providential history.

Are you looking for a tour that will help you capture the deep, rich Christian heritage of our country and the people who founded it? If you are, then our Spiritual Heritage Tour is for you. American Family Association President Tim Wildmon and historian Stephen McDowell have been organizing and leading tours of Washington, D.C. and Mount Vernon, Virginia, for over two decades and are excited to launch a brand-new tour of Boston, Massachusetts. Now, Tim Wildmon’s sons, Wesley and Walker, will be leading the tours as well. The Wildmons, along with Stephen McDowell, have been leading tours for over two decades and know how to get the most out of each day. In fact, many people return with the Wildmons and McDowell for a second or third time because they learned so much and enjoyed themselves so much. Click here to learn more about our tour guides.

Q. What about my attire?
A. All attire is casual.
Q. What airport do I fly to?
A. The closest airport is Boston Logan International Airport (BOS). Everyone is responsible for getting to and from Boston on their own.
Q. How much free time will we have?
A. We usually allow at least one afternoon of free time.
Q. How will we get around town?
A. On a private motorcoach with a professional driver.
Q. How much walking will there be?
A. A moderate amount of walking will take place, but we break it up into manageable portions throughout the day.
Q. Why is Stephen McDowell with us?
A. McDowell is founder and president of the Providence Foundation. McDowell is a historian and expert on the Founding Fathers, early American history, and our Christian heritage. He is with us to give us "the rest of the story" at all the places we will visit. You will have time to visit McDowell one-on-one and ask him questions during the trip.
Q. How much is the non-refundable deposit?
A. $750 per person.
Q. How soon should I send my deposit in?
A. As soon as you decide to register and attend. The tours generally fill up several months in advance.
Q. What about children?
A. Children are welcome. However, there is no price break because most of the vendors we use handle pricing the same regardless of age.
